This application is a private enterprise application designed for employees of the company to manage:

Workplace presence verification
Face-based identity verification
Location-based attendance validation
The application is intended strictly for internal company use only.
Only authorized employees of the company are permitted to use this application.
Employees must use the login credentials provided by the company. Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.
The application verifies employee attendance using:
Photo capture for identity verification
GPS-based location verification
Branch geofence validation
Employees must be physically present at the assigned workplace location when marking attendance.
Attempting to mark attendance outside the designated location may result in rejection or administrative review.
The application uses device location data to:
Verify that employees are present within the assigned office branch
Validate check-in and check-out attendance
Monitor workplace presence during working hours if required
Location data is used only for internal workforce management purposes.
When marking attendance, the application captures a photo of the employee using the device camera.
The photo is used solely for:
Identity verification
Attendance validation
Internal administrative records
Employees must ensure that their face is clearly visible during attendance capture.
Employees agree to:
Use the application only for legitimate attendance purposes
Provide accurate information
Not attempt to manipulate or bypass the attendance verification system
Protect their login credentials
Any misuse of the system may result in disciplinary action according to company policies.
Attendance records, images, and location data may be securely stored on company servers.
The company implements reasonable security measures to protect employee data from unauthorized access.
Employees must not:
Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the application
Use unauthorized tools to falsify location or attendance data
Share their login credentials with others
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or disciplinary action.
The company strives to ensure that the application operates smoothly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to:
Technical maintenance
Network issues
System updates
The company may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the company website.
Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
